Park Rules:

  • To ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for everyone, all guests must wear appropriate clothing, including shirts, pants, and shoes at all times.  Please avoid clothing or tattoos with offensive words or images, and anything too revealing, so all families feel comfortable.
Gatorland reserves the right to ask guests to change or add to their wardrobe if Gatorland leadership, in its own judgement, determines that someone is violating this policy.
  • Children (3 though 12 years) and guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guest age 16 or older to enter Gatorland.
  • No food of any kind is allowed in the park, including animal feed.
  • No coolers, picnic baskets or similar items designed to carry food or beverages.
  • All luggage must be checked and secured at admissions or secured out of sight in your vehicle and far away from Bubba and Cooter – they love to snoop now and then.
  • Pets – Animals that do not meet the definition of a Service Animal as defined by the ADA will not be permitted to enter the park.
  • Service Animals – At Gatorland, Trained Service Animals are welcomed at the park. Animals that do not meet the definition of a Service Animal as defined by the ADA will not be permitted to enter the park. For the safety of our guests, all service animals must be on a leash or in a harness and controlled at all times.
  • All bags, purses, and strollers are subject to search. We promise not to laugh at what we find.
  • Smoking is permitted but only in designated areas.
  • Gatorland does not allow weapons of any kind to be carried into the park.  Although we support legal, concealed carry rights, our insurance man in a fancy suit says no weapons of any kind allowed into the park.
  • By entering the park guests voluntarily assume all risks related to Covid-19
  • Media – Any media interested in filming or taking photographs inside the park for commercial or media use must receive prior authorization and approval from our Public Relations department
  • Drones and other unmanned aerial vehicles with or without recording capabilities are strictly prohibited.
  • HOURS – During the summer months, from June 7th through August 10th, we’re open until 6:00 PM. From August 11th, we return to a 5PM close.

Gatorland has been a fun, family-lovin’ alligator park since 1949.  Your cooperation to be mindful of these rules will help us provide a beautiful day full of Fun, Smiles, and Special Memories for everyone.  Failure to follow rules and just good ol’ common sense may result in dismissal from the park, or swim lessons with the alligators.
