The 2009 Gatorland White Gator Vacation Giveaway (the "Giveaway") provides participants with the chance to win prizes starting on February 14, 2009 and ending on September 10, 2009 (the "Giveaway Period"). Each person who participates and/or is awarded a prize in the Giveaway fully and unconditionally agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions made by Godwin’s Gatorland Inc. ("Sponsor or Gatorland") which shall be final, binding and conclusive in all matters relating to this Giveaway.
To enter, visit Gatorland at 14501 S. Orange Blossom Trail Orlando, Florida or visit Gatorland online at www.gatorland.com and fill in the online entry form and submit it in accordance with the on-screen directions. Only (1) online entry per email address is allowed. Admission to Gatorland is not required and entries are accepted in the Gift Shop located at the front of the attraction. All entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. ET on September 10, 2009 to be eligible. All entries become the property of Gatorland and will not be returned. When you enter at the Gatorland Website, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminders for upcoming Gatorland promotions and information. Consenting to receive such e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Trip Giveaway and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of Gatorland.

By entering, all participants and/or entrants release Gatorland and their respective subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective agents, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliated companies, partners and prize suppliers, and all of their respective affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors and shareholders, from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant's participation and/or entry in the Trip Giveaway and/or their receipt or use of any prize awarded in this Giveaway. This Trip Giveaway is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico, outside the U.S. and where prohibited by law. Prize Drawing: The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the entire Trip Giveaway Period on or about September 30, 2009 by Gatorland. The winner will be notified by phone, e-mail, and/or U.S. mail on or about October 15, 2009. The odds of winning a prize depends upon on the number of eligible entries received for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Gatorland's decisions with respect to the prize winners and other matters pertain to the Trip Giveaway shall be final and binding. By entering into the Trip Giveaway, each entrant consents to the use by Trip Giveaway Entities and their designees of his/her name, likeness, biography, voice, performance and/or video in any and all media, including online announcements now or hereafter known, worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. General Conditions: Gatorland’s decisions with respect to any prize winners and any other matters pertaining to the Trip Giveaway shall be final. The prize winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted), and return same, properly executed, within ten (10) days of issuance of prize notification. If Gatorland is unable to contact a prize winner within ten (10) days of the initial attempt to contact, he/she will forfeit their winnings and another winner will be selected. By entering into the Trip Giveaway, all entrants consent to the use of their name, photograph (including photographs submitted by them to Gatorland, if applicable), likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void.
The Hotel accommodations do not include other meals that are not described above, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip. All other expenses not specifically identified as included in the prize descriptions above are the sole responsibility of the respective winner. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel the same itinerary and on the dates and/or times specified by Main Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. All prize elements will be awarded directly to the respective winner. No payments will be made to third parties. Taxes, gratuities and other expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the respective prize winner. Some restrictions may apply. All costs, taxes, fees, and other expenses associated with the acceptance and use of any element of a prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the respective winner. All federal, state and local taxes on each prize are the respective prize winner’s responsibility. The prize winners will be issued a 1099 tax form for the ARV of the prize. The specifics of all aforementioned elements of any prize in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by Gatorland. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except at Gatorland’s sole discretion. Main Sponsor Gatorland reserves the right to substitute any prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of comparable or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. All prizes will be awarded.
